1. Why did you started a blog?
I always wanted to start my own blog because writing and making a blog seemed to look like so much fun. I also wanted to share one of my hobbys or things I'd like. My first blog I ever wrote was an little story about me going on holiday. I liked writing the story but it was too personal. I don't really like to share too much personal information about myself to "strangers". So a few years after that I decided to make a blog about nail polish. Because why not share all my polishes I already have!?
2. How did you came up with the name of your blog?
Don't really have to explain this, do I?
3. How many visitors do you have?
At this moment I have around the 250 visitors a day.
4. Who works with you on your blog?
It's just me, myself and I.
5. What is the most fun thing you have experienced with your blog?
Seeing the statistics of my blog. Especially when I have more visitors than normally. But also the nice comments from my visitors and followers.
6. How many comments do you get per article?
Depends on what kind of article. It's not that much, mostly just one comment per article. But I don't mind because I also don't comment that often when I'm reading an article from another blog.
7. Do you work together with a company?
No.
8. With what kind of camera do you take pictures with?
I own a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ8 with a leica lens.
9. Where do you get inspiration to make a new article?
Sometimes I see cute stuff on another blog, sometimes I see a cute manicure on a person, but I also have moments that I just think about a topic that will translate into an article.
10. Which bloggers give you that inspiration?
A lot of bloggers. I'm not going to name them here because it's a long list!
11. Do you ever get negative comments?
No, never had a negative comment.
12. Do you post every day a new article?
No, the reason not to post every day is because I don't really have time to write an article for every day. I still go to school 4 days in a week and I also have my internship, my parttime job and all the things that comes with it.
13. What kind of lay-out do you have? Is it made by yourself?
Black background with white letters, pink and purple accents. My header is kind colorful.. I need a new one.
14. How long does it take to finish an article?
At least 30 minutes! Think about the time polish my nails, take good pictures, upload them, edit the pictures, type some information what I want to share, upload the pictures again, check the spelling and publish it.
15. Is your blog your company? If yes, how does it work and what do you think of it? If no, would you like to?
No. And at this moment I don't want my blog to be my business. Because I'm too busy at this moment. I'm still studying and I want to finish my education before I can go on and do other big projects..
16. Do you see and have contact with other bloggers in your life?
No not really actually. I do twitter with some bloggers I've worked with in the past but besides that, no.
