I've done a tutorial on how to make your own ombré nails not too long ago. I love wearing ombré nails. I can mix and match different colors to my own likings. Here I'll show you a couple of my omrbé nails. Some are a hugh failure, but other may be cute.

Day #21 Inspired by a Color
You're probably thinking "Wtf is this". This day is day number 21 of the 31 Day Nail Challenge, where I have to make a manicure which is inspired by a color.. and I show up with black nails and rainbow glitters. I'm just very stubborn. If you say yes, I say no. I wanted to pick out one color, but I just couldn't decide and actually wanted black sparkly nails.

#20 Water Marble
My apologies for not putting anything online last tuesday. I'm sorry, I've just been too busy with school.. and I'm sorry for not continuing the 31 Day Nail Challenge since my last manicure. Waiting for a manicure will be no longer because the most horrible manicure ever is now officially over! I don't ever have to do water marble nails again!

I cannot wait to see this movie and I think I'm about to cry when the movie ends. Thanks to Essence, we can enjoy the movies even more when wearing all the products of their limited edition Breaking Dawn part II collection... especially their nail polishes!

I actually wanted to do a galaxy nail tutorial for a while. When I started the 31 Nail Challenge I thought I could just wait till day 19. The day where I have to wear galaxy nails(which I just posted last week) and make a tutorial! Easy said than done. But, as promised to myself, a galaxy tutorial!

Day #18 Half Moons
I am so stupid you know that. My last update on the 31 Day Nail Challenge was somewhere at the end of June. A month ago I wanted to continue with the challenge. I made a very pretty moon manicure and made pictures of it. Then I went to Amsterdam for Lady Gaga's Born This Way Ball concert and had to delete all my pictures on my camera because my memorycard was full! Here are the pictures of the moon manicure I had to redo.

Kelly Osbourne Azature Black Diamond Manicure
Kelly Osbourne was spotted with a very outstanding manicure last Sunday at the 64th Annual Emmy Awards. She decorated her nails with real black diamonds. The most expensive manicure of the event, probably the most expensive manicure ever. How expensive? $250.000!

Nicole by OPI 'Follow Me On Glitter'
My second polish by Nicole by OPI is Follow Me On Glitter, one of the Kardashian Kolors. Wasn't actually the polish I wanted from the Kardashians collection, the one I wanted to have was sold out. Ah well, this one is pretty too, just look at the swatch images I made.

Day #16 Tribal Print
Tribal nails! Again, what are tribal nails!? Just a tribal design on your nails?
When I googled to find out and see what tribal nails were, I found some manicures that looked more like an aztec manicure than a tribal manicure. Ah, well. I made my own tribal manicure, and this is what it looks like. Don't ask me what I did with the nail of my ringfinger. I doesn't match the other nails.
It was fun to make such an manicure, but a pain it the butt to get all this polish dry. The manicure didn't lasted long. Within half a day this manicure was no more. Plus my cuticles look aweful!

Essence Nail Colour 3
A lot of cosmetic brands come with new improved products, mostly before spring or fall. Essence just came with a new innovation. Dubble polishes. One side is a thick opaque color, and the other side is a special topcoat. Essence called the polishes Nail Colour 3, because you can make three different manicures with these two polishes. There are six different(times two) kinds and I swatched three of them. Be prepared for a lot of pictures!!

Essence Nail Art Freestyle & Tip Painter
Today a review on the stripers of Essence. Essence gives a striper a different name; Freestyle & Tip Painter. I'm just going to call them stripers because that's way more easy for me.
The stripers from Essence are cheap, have a good quality, perfect pigmentation and they are available in different colors. I'm really excited about them. Let's go see wich ones I own.

NOTD/Tutorial: Love Lace!
I just did my nails with Konad. This is what I made: A cute(I think it's cute) lace nail made with just one Konad image plate. The idea of this nail art is not from myself but from Meliney, a Australian woman who makes lots of different nail art tutorials on YouTube. Not only with Konad but also freehanded nail art. This is how my nails look like right now, after watching a video from Meliney and trying it just once on my nails.

Bee and Robin Hood Nails for Carnival
The reason I did not post any article the last few days is because here in the south of the Netherlands we are celebrating carnival. (
Carnival, not the familiar carnival as Carnival de Rio de Janeiro but it do has the same religic reasons.) When it is carnival you dress up as you like and party five days long. The first two days I went as a bee and the other days I went as the female Robin Hood. But I wanted to have matching nails that are quickly done. The nails I wore is what I'm going to show you today.

Birthday Nail Of The Day: Purple Circles
Happy birthday to me,
happy birthday to me.
Happy birthday dear Stephanie!
Happy birthday to me!
So.. what day is this? Haha.
Just a quick nail of the day. Since a while I stopped using Konad and other stamping nailart. I don't know why but I thought my birthday was a nice day to do a stamping nailart on my nails and this is what I came with.
The basecolor I used is Spontaneous from China Glaze, a creamy purple color wich I love. Over the purple I painted Fairy Dust, also from CG. Then I stamped on these little circles that reminds me of the 1970s. For the stamping polish I used Black Pearl from Konad. The image is not from Konad but from a new plate from Essence. The imageplates from Essence do not have a number so I cannot tell you which one it is the only thing I can tell you about the imageplate is that the other images on it are also a little bit retro-style like this one.
