I think every blogger or YouTuber has done the Rainbow tag. I wanted to do this tag too and made a beauty edition of it, then I deleted it cause I don't think a beauty related article suits my nail blog. Then I decided to make the Rainbow Tag, nail polish only, and so I did! :D

NOTD: Summer Holiday 2013
You probably have not noticed, but I've been away for a couple weeks. I had my summer vacation for over three weeks in Mexico, Guatemala and Belize. The day I left I gave my nails an ombré manicure, which left me for a whole week. I didn't wanted to skip this manicure and still show it to you. It's one of my favorite ombré manicures so far. I think this one turned out well, except the two dents. The polishes I used for this manicure are all from China Glaze; Shocking Pink, Sun Worshiper and Yellow Polka Dot Bikini.

My Ombré Manicures: Cute or Not?
I've done a tutorial on how to make your own ombré nails not too long ago. I love wearing ombré nails. I can mix and match different colors to my own likings. Here I'll show you a couple of my omrbé nails. Some are a hugh failure, but other may be cute.

OPI 'Jinx'
Textured polishes are a big hit. We have flocking nails, caviar nails, feather polish and texture nail polish, OPI calls their texture polish Liquid Sand. I think we have a new favorite for the next couple months!

FOTM: China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy and White Cap
Have you missed my favorite polish of the month? I haven't done a favorite of the month for like a few months. Shame on me! Because I'm doing the 31 Day Nail Challenge, I haven't wore any polish more than a couple days. I have worn this combination of polishes more than one or two weeks.

NOTD: European Soccer Chamionship 2012
The time is here! Today is the kick off of the European soccer Championship 2012. Sixteen countries will compete to become Europeans number one team. The Netherlands, my country, is back in action. Two years ago we became second during the world soccer championships.
Since I'm a huge fan of soccer and all soccer events, I want to remain the great atmosphere and be a part of the orange legion, as we Dutchies say. How would I do that? With nails of course! Let me show you my nails for this Euro 2012.

Day #13 Animal Print
I love animal print. I couldn't decide wich animal print I wanted to do and make for this manicure day. Then I decided to do a tigerprint, but when I started painting the print by hand, it turned out to be one huge failure. So I decided to just stamp a tigerprint on orange nails. Voila! This is how it turned out. Quit cute don't you think.

Day #12 Stripes
Well, what can I say. This challenge is my least favorite. Just look at my nails. It looks horrible! The stripes are all crooked. One of the reasons this looks like it does is because I never ever do anything with stripes on my nails. I don't even own any nail art brushes, just nail polish with striper brushes which I never use.

Essence Nail Colour 3 Season Of Extremes
Last Tuesday you could see and read my review on the new Essence Nail Colour 3 polishes, and I told you I never seen any polish like this. Well, I keep bumping into those double polishes again and again. H&M has some, and now Essence came with six new ones that are part of their Season of Extremes limited edition line, nudes and brights. Here my review on the bright polishes!

Trend 2012: Tangerine!

We all know pastel nail are hot this spring and summer. But do you know tangerine, or orange, is the hottest color this 2012. You may have seen this hue at fashion week last September, in several commercials or maybe even at makeup counters. Everywhere you see, there is something orange to buy!

Day #2 Orange Nails
Orange, orange, orange. Orange is the national color of Holland and the only time I wear orange is on Queensday or when the Dutch national scoccer team plays. Besides that, orange is just an ugly color I never wear. But for this challenge I made an exception.

Max Neon Set - Part I
In my last haul I showed you new polishes I bought. Today a review of the Neon Set.
The neon set is a set with six different neon colors. The bottles are cute and a little bit small.

NOTD: Striped Flowers
I did this naillook a couple of days ago. I saw some pictures of this look on other blogs and I liked it so that is why I did this one. It is real simple to do. After I polished my ringfinger I drew white lines on it and when it was dry I just made some roses like a tutorial I did.

China Glaze 'Peachy Keen'
China Glaze's Peachy Keen. This color is bright pastel peach. It might look a bit orange in real life but it is definitly a peachcolor.
The nailpolish is creamy and maybe a little bit hard to apply well in the beginning. I seemed to get a lot of stripes at first but after a while the just melt into the rest of the polish on your nail and those stripes will disappear. The polish is thicker than other nailpolishes from China Glaze. You can compare the thickness with the polishes from the Krome Collection. Peachy Keen has great pigment and one coat is more than enough, but I always put two layers of nailpolish on my nail just to give the right effect.
